Anna Maria Chlumsky was born in the United States. She started acting when she was young and became known for playing Vada Sultenfuss, the character from the film My Girl and its sequel My Girl 2. From 1999 until 2005, Anna Chlumsky took the time to finish her education at college. Anna Chlumsky is a Chicago Illinois native born to Nancy Chlumsky, Sr. and Frank Chlumsky Jr. on 3 December 1980.
